1. Subscribe: Tell us your store URL and what you would like done first. Prefer to discuss it first? Contact us before ordering.

2. Send requests: Send us a bug, an update, or a feature idea whenever one comes up, by email or in the tools your team already uses, such as Slack or ClickUp. There is no request limit. We split larger requests into tasks and put everything in priority order with you.

3. One task at a time: We confirm the scope, expected timing, and required access before each task, and start the next one as soon as it is delivered. Where possible, we work on a duplicate theme so you can review the change before it goes live. Once a month, we check your store and send you a report.

30-day guarantee: If the plan is not right for your store, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund your first month. The guarantee applies to the first month only.

Long-term support: If our code ever breaks, we’ll fix it for free, provided it hasn’t been modified by third parties, apps, or theme updates. This continues after you cancel.

Pause or cancel anytime: You can do either yourself. If you pause or cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.

The retainer gives you a dedicated Shopify team for one monthly price. It covers the development and maintenance your store needs, with no limit on requests.

That includes bug fixes, a monthly store check, content and store updates, product and blog publishing, promotion and campaign setups, technical SEO, performance and image optimization, app reviews and setup, theme updates, and new sections, features, and integrations.

Content writing, graphic design, and paid advertising are outside the plan.

Any Shopify store, at any stage.

New stores: We build your store from the first setup through launch.

Established stores: We keep everything working and set up your regular promotions and campaigns.

Growing stores: We build new features and move your customizations into an updated theme.

One task is one piece of work we can scope, build, test, and deliver on its own, such as one bug fix, one store update, or one feature. We confirm the scope and expected timing before each task starts.

However many requests are on your list, we focus on one task at a time: we deliver it, then start the next in priority order. A task that is waiting for your review does not hold up the next one, and you can change the priorities at any time.

It depends on the task. Before each one starts, we confirm the scope and tell you when to expect it.

We split it into tasks for you and deliver them in order. A new store build or a theme upgrade works this way. If you need a large project sooner, we can quote it separately.

There is no request limit. Send as many requests as you like, all at once or as they come up. We put them in priority order with you and work through the list.

Tell us as soon as you notice it. Problems that stop customers from buying, such as a broken cart, checkout, or page, are treated as urgent. They move to the front of your queue, and we start on them before anything else.

Once a month, we review your store for bugs, broken links, performance issues, and app problems, then send you a short report. Anything that needs work goes into your queue.

You pay the same price every month, with no separate quote to approve for each task. We check your store every month, including the months when you send no requests. We handle every task ourselves and already know your theme and apps.

The plan covers one Shopify store. Additional stores need their own plan.

You can pause or cancel your plan yourself at any time before your next billing date, from your customer account or the “Manage your subscription” link in your subscription emails. A paused plan is not billed, and you can resume it whenever you are ready. Whether you pause or cancel, we keep working until the end of your current billing period.

Everything we delivered stays in your store. Our long-term support for that code continues under the same conditions.

Where practical, we work on a duplicate theme so your live storefront remains unchanged during the work. If that is not possible, we’ll explain the approach before making changes.
