Refund policy

This policy applies to services sold by CheckoutWorks, operated by GALE INNOVATIONS LLC.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a delivered service, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. We will make reasonable revisions at no extra cost, provided the requested changes remain within the agreed scope.
You must give us a reasonable opportunity to review the issue and make it right. If you are still not satisfied after the revisions, or if we cannot reasonably resolve your concerns within the agreed scope, we will refund the CheckoutWorks service fee paid for the affected service.
The 30-day period is the period for submitting your request and includes weekends and public holidays. Agreed revisions may be completed after that period without affecting an eligible request.
How to Request Help
Email hello@checkoutworks.dev with your order number, a description of your concerns, and any useful screenshots or links. We may request reasonable information or access needed to review the issue.
What Is Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover new requirements, expanded scope, preference changes outside the agreed scope, issues caused by changes made after delivery, unlawful use, or third-party platforms and services outside our control.
Third-party costs, including Shopify plans, apps, themes, domains, licences, hosting, advertising, and paid assets, are governed by the third party’s terms and cannot be refunded by CheckoutWorks.
Cancellations Before Delivery
If you cancel before work begins, we will refund the CheckoutWorks service fee. If work has begun, we may retain a reasonable amount for completed work and authorized non-recoverable costs, and refund the remaining eligible amount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law. Where the law provides a longer cancellation period or another remedy, that law applies.
