What’s Included

One fix covers one clearly defined issue. Focused scope does not mean simple work—we take on difficult bugs too.

If your request falls outside this service, we’ll discuss the options and offer a full refund.

Why do I need to order first?

Orders get priority and keep your details in one place, so we can get started sooner. You’re welcome to contact us first.

If we can’t help or your request is outside the service scope, we’ll discuss it with you and offer a full refund.

How It Works

1. Place your order: Share any details you have—we’ll follow up on anything missing. Prefer to discuss first? Contact us before ordering.

2. Confirm and work: We confirm scope and request only necessary access. Where possible, we work on a duplicate theme, keeping your live theme unchanged until review.

3. Delivery: Most bug fixes take under 24 hours once scope and access are confirmed. We’ll notify you upon completion. Your 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts at delivery.

Support & Guarantee

30-day satisfaction guarantee: Contact us within 30 days of delivery for free revisions within the agreed scope. If we can’t make it right, we’ll refund the affected service fee.

Long-term support: We back our code long-term — if our code ever breaks, we’ll fix it for free, provided it hasn’t been modified by third parties, apps, or theme updates.

04 / SERVICE FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about scope, turnaround, and technical delivery.

What counts as one bug?

One bug is one clearly defined issue.

Several symptoms may come from the same underlying cause, while two similar-looking symptoms may need separate fixes. Tell us everything you’ve noticed, and we’ll review the likely cause and confirm how the work is counted before we begin.

Can you help with small tweaks?

Yes. Small adjustments can fit this service when they are clearly defined and do not introduce new functionality.

What if my bug is too complicated?

Send it to us anyway.

An issue that looks complicated from the outside can sometimes come down to a small change. You don’t need to diagnose it first—we’ll investigate and confirm the scope, price, and expected timing before work begins.

Why do I need to order first?

Orders get priority and keep your details in one place, so we can get started sooner. You’re welcome to contact us first.

If we can’t help or your request is outside the service scope, we’ll discuss it with you and offer a full refund.

When will work begin?

We start looking into your request and planning the solution as soon as you order. Once we have the access and details we need, we complete the work within the expected timeframe.

What if I don’t know the cause?

Yes. Tell us what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and where you noticed it. A page link, screenshot, or steps to reproduce the issue can help, but you don’t need to diagnose the cause yourself.

What if the bug is inconsistent?

Share when you’ve seen it happen, including the device, browser, or steps involved if you know them.

We’ll investigate the conditions that trigger it and confirm the scope before work begins.

Can you fix app-related issues?

We can investigate problems involving themes, apps, and integrations. Some fixes may depend on what access or controls the app provides. We’ll explain what we find and confirm the available approach before making changes.

Can several symptoms count as one fix?

Tell us about all the symptoms you’ve noticed. We’ll review how they relate and confirm what counts as one fix before work begins.

How do you test the fix?

We’ll test the affected behavior against the issue you reported and share what changed. If the fix needs your review in the store, we’ll tell you what to check.

What if the issue comes back?

If our code breaks, we’ll fix it for free—even after 30 days—as long as it hasn’t been changed by someone else, an app, or a theme update. We’ll review the cause first; a new or unrelated issue may need a separate scope.
